In my last post, I said I was baaaa-aaack…
…and I thought I was…really, I did
Anyway, hello, hello! How have you beautiful people been?
…all 2 of you 🙂
(Ok. I shouldn’t be like that. How about 5 or 6? How’s that?
7? Do I hear a 7, anyone?
9. 9 – sold to the lady in the corner 🙂
Let’s get straight to it. I made $399.04 which I’m pretty chuffed about as I broke through the $300/month barrier and then some. I wish I’d toppled $400 to the floor with one hoopla of a karate chop, especially as I was so close to reaching it (96 cents, people), but ah well, there’s always this month, isn’t there?
Proof of payment: Paypal…
– £70 ($140) paid straight into my bank account for writing
– a £2 ($4) cheque from American Consumer Opinion Panel for a survey I did online.
I’m aiming to make £1000 (roughly $2000) this month (to which a voice promptly replies: Gurl, are you out of your mind?)
Yes. I must be. Obviously.
I initially came up with £500, but then I thought, is that how much I need to survive on this month?
So I doubled it.
I’ve never relied solely on my internet earnings, but I guess there has to be a first time for everything.
My goal isn’t based on thin air, though. I’ve been getting more writing gigs lately and I figured that if I aim to make:
£35 ($70) a day
…then I can reach it.
What the hell, if I don’t reach it, I don’t reach it. There’s no shame in failure, as they say, only in not trying.
Wish me luck!
(…and I hope y’all go some way to achieving your goals for this month too.)
